The gate holds nothing that could open it on its own, and a door stays yours even when the network doesn’t.

Secure unlocks
Every phone-as-a-key unlock is cryptographically signed — the gate holds only public keys.
Entry doesn’t depend on the network
Cards, fobs and phone unlocks are checked at the gate itself, so they keep working if the building’s internet goes down.
Your own video server
Calls run on Portiqapp’s own infrastructure, not a third-party meeting service.
